Free Shuttle

We understand that getting a ride to-and-from to the mechanic isn’t always easy.

To make it easier to get the necessary maintenance and repairs done on your vehicle, we offer free shuttle service with repairs and services over $200.

If you would like to take advantage of our free shuttle service, please mention it to us when making an appointment.

If you need to go somewhere, such as work, school, medical appointments or shopping, our free shuttle service provides alternate transportation while your vehicle is in the shop. This allows our customers to perform their errands while their vehicles are receiving maintenance or repairs.

Whether your repair or maintenance is performed on the same day or takes more than one day, our shuttle service is always available to you.

There is only one minor restrictions to our free shuttle service: all routes must be within a reasonable driving distance of the shop. We offer our complimentary shuttle service for smaller repairs and maintenance services (under $250) in a ~5 mile radius, medium size services and repairs (over $500) in a 10 mile radius, and larger repairs and maintenance services we offer our shuttle service in a ~20 mile radius.

We are not totally set on the above radius and repair amounts. Please contact us and we will do our best to work with you and make auto repairs and required maintenance services convenient for you.

Free Tow

free tow with repairs

We offer free car towing with auto repairs. We will arrange for the towing company to pick up your car and tow it to our location. Free towing is available in surrounding cities only.

We will pay for the towing, you won’t even need to come to our location until you are ready to pick up your car after the repairs have been made.

  1. You call us with the towing request
  2. We will contact the towing company and request the tow
  3. Towing company will pick up your car and bring it to our location
  4. We will diagnose your car and let you know about the repairs necessary
  5. Work will not start until you approve the repairs
  6. Once you approve the repair, we will repair your vehicle and let you know when the car is ready for pick-up

Please note: Free towing is only available for repair jobs over $500.00. If repair doesn’t reach $500, then the cost of towing will be applied to the final repair bill. Powerhaus Motors will cover the towing fee up to $75. Anything over $75 will be added to the final bill.

Parts Warranty

We order our parts from several distributors and dealers. We pass on the warranty that our distributors give to us. No matter whether we use genuine, OEM or aftermarket parts for our German car repairs, all our parts come with a 24,000 miles/24 months warranty on auto parts when the auto parts come from our distributors. However dealers selling genuine parts only offer a 12 months/12,000 mile warranty.

Most repair shops only offer a 12 months/12,000 mile warranty to simplify the process and the warranty offering. We don’t want to do that. Some auto parts are quite expensive, so we will give you the best warranty we can get on all the parts. We try to get most of our parts from our distributors, because those always come with the 24,000 miles/24 months warranty, but in some cases, the parts must be ordered from the dealer, because no OEM parts are made for that year of the vehicle, and in that case we can only offer the 12 months/12,000 mile warranty.
