Warranty on Auto Repairs

We appreciate our customers and your trust in us to repair your vehicles. We use genuine and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) Domestic and Asian vehicles, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Mini Cooper parts on all our German car repairs. In some cases we use genuine parts from the manufacturers. Through our distributor network we are able to offer exceptional warranty to our customers.

Genuine and OEM parts may be more expensive than aftermarket parts, but come with warranty. If you drive a German car, like BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, repairs can be quite costly. You will need to make a decision on what is most important to you. Is it cost or is it the and longevity of the repair. Using aftermarket parts on a German car, does not always mean less quality. Some aftermarket parts can be the same quality as the OEM or genuine Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen or Mini Cooper part.

Warranty on Auto Parts

We order our parts from several distributors and dealers. We pass on the warranty that our distributors give to us. No matter whether we use genuine, OEM or aftermarket parts for our German car repairs, all our parts come with a 24,000 miles/24 months warranty on auto parts when the auto parts come from our distributors. However dealers selling genuine parts only offer a 12 months/12,000 mile warranty.

Most repair shops only offer a 12 months/12,000 mile warranty to simplify the process and the warranty offering. We don’t want to do that. Some auto parts are quite expensive, so we will give you the best warranty we can get on all the parts. We try to get most of our parts from our distributors, because those always come with the 24,000 miles/24 months warranty, but in some cases, the parts must be ordered from the dealer, because no OEM parts are made for that year of the vehicle, and in that case we can only offer the 12 months/12,000 mile warranty.

Warranty on Labor

We know we do quality work, and because of this, we are offering 6 months warranty on all our labor.

When Price Matters

Even though we prefer to use genuine and OEM parts, in some cases, if customer requests, we are able to use aftermarket parts as well.
